Yesterday was San Jacinto Day...the day Texians defeated Santa Anna and won independence from Mexico.
Tomorrow is Tax Freedom Day...the day you stop working for the gummint and start working for your wife. ;-) Hehe...just kidding, dear.

Two days that represent freedom. I'd rather have Tax Freedom Day closer to Texas Independence Day (March 2) or even Washington's Birthday.
