I am quite familiar with the statement at the head of your webpage: “Air Raid Pearl Harbor. This is No Drill !!!” I quoted it throughout a teaching career of over 4 decades. According to my research, Lieutenant Commander Logan Ramsey Sr. sent it out, in plain English. Can you confirm this?
