Vonage Customer Service - Part 1

I'm on hold for Vonage support right now. I called at 1.30pm CST. The caller ID name that shows up when I call out is not mine. So I'm calling to get it fixed.

The automated answering attendant (read "computer") just informed me that my wait time might exceed 15 minutes. Goodie. I can hardly wait.

Let's see how Vonage does.
